Quad-Easel Cards

Christina, from Card Making Magic, shows how to make these absolutely stunning
quad-easel cards! The possibilities are endless on how to decorate them.... as simple
or elaborate as you like. I love the metallic silver paper she uses on the one in her
tutorial, but be sure to watch until the very end, as she shows a couple other decorated
ones. So very pretty!

What measurements would you use to have a 6 inch square card.?

@ Vicki... in the video, Christina wanted her easel bases to each be 3x3 (which IF all were glued together in a square, they would take up a 6x6 space). So she had to make her bottom square base an inch larger square (7x7) to accommodate the space needed between each glued-down easel base, so that when the easels were standing up, their top corners would be clear of each other, not touching or overlapping. (you can see that angle when she videos the card all put together)

So, if you want your bottom base to be 6x6, then my guess would be that the entire area of the 4 easels would need to be an inch smaller for the needed space. So maybe try only a 5x5 area, which makes each easel 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" when finished. (the 4 easel bases would need to be cut at 2-1/2" x 5" and the 4 front easel panels at 2-1/2" x 2-1/2")..... then however many mats you want to use, before the actual decorations, would need to be 1/4" less square per layer.

Does that make sense? I hope this helps... let me know!
