Speedy Recovery Card

Recently, my BFF had surgery, so I made this card for her. While black may not come readily to mind as a color for cheer, I picked it because I wanted the washi tape colors to "POP".... She loves washi tape, and black makes EVERY color pop!

I covered plain white card stock with the colorful strips of washi tape and then punched portions out with a heart punch. To make the hearts stand
out even more (and to give card a little bling), I outlined the hearts with a
silver glitter pen.

Then I finished it off with a ribbon and bow. Wrote the sentiment in white and called it done! I left the inside blank and just wrote a personal message.

Thanks for stopping by :)

Get Well Card

A friend of mine recently had surgery, so I made her this very simple Get Well card.

I used a retired CTMH paper set called Bella, because I thought the colors and floral pattern would cheer her up! The sentiment is a vinyl sticker in shiny gold.

I appreciate you stopping to take a quick look. Come again :)
